Delete inside Arcanafy
Sign in, open Profile, go to Account Settings, and use Delete account. Confirm the request to permanently remove the account.
Request deletion on the web
Email privacy@arcanafy.com from the address registered to your account with the subject “Arcanafy Account Deletion.” Include your profile name if available. Never send your password. We may ask you to verify account ownership.
What is deleted
Deletion covers the account, authentication sessions, saved natal charts, interpretations, tarot readings, profile information, and associated private content, subject to technical dependencies and lawful retention requirements. Publicly shared Arcanafy content linked to the account is also removed or anonymized as appropriate.
Limited retention
Some security, fraud-prevention, legal, and backup records may be retained for a limited period when reasonably necessary. We aim to complete verified requests promptly and will explain if additional steps are required.
